Job summary

Elite Marque, a full-service Public Relations & Influencer Marketing firm, is hiring for its BFSI department in New Delhi. This on-site role suits professionals with 1–2 years of PR experience.

You will identify media opportunities, liaise with spokespeople, craft press content, manage media rounds, and support client strategies with regular reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in PR or communications.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Experience in a PR agency is required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify media and PR opportunities to promote company messages, talent branding, offerings and thought leadership for company spokespeople
• Liaise with internal spokesperson, media agencies, journalists, editors, analysts, advisors, and handling media enquiries
• Going on media rounds with the team & doing media callings as and when required
• Create content for press releases, by line articles and keynote presentations
• Proactively support and suggest improvements to exceed client expectations by leveraging industry knowledge and experience
• Measure the effectiveness of PR initiatives and provide regular reports to management
• Develop and execute plans and strategies for the department
• Build and manage new media for brands and Elite Marque, pro-actively working on social media departments
• Be proactive in client engagement/meetings
• Mapping and tracking daily competition
• Collaborate with senior management on ideations, strategies, and business proposals
