Job summary

Ola Electric in Bengaluru seeks an experienced PR & Communications professional to drive strategic communications across automotive, technology, and consumer-facing businesses.

You will lead media relations, crisis management, influencer partnerships, and brand reputation initiatives, while coordinating with Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging.

The role requires 7+ years of experience in PR and a proven track record in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in PR, Corporate Communications, or Strategic Communications.
• Experience in Automotive, Technology, EV, Mobility, or Consumer-facing industries preferred.
• Strong experience in media relations, crisis management, influencer management, and reputation management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong agency management experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with sound judgment.
