About the Role

We are looking for a Psychology Expert to support AI training projects in behavioral science and cognitive reasoning. You will work with global AI teams to refine psychological explanations and evaluations generated by models. You will help elevate the accuracy & interpretive quality of SOTA psychology-focused AI models.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate psychological concepts generated by AI systems
• Review topics across cognitive, clinical, developmental, and social psychology
• Identify inaccuracies or biased interpretations.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI reasoning
• Assess case-based examples and behavioral analyses

Requirements

• Degree in Psychology (Bachelor/Master’s)
• Strong conceptual understanding across psychology subfields
