This role involves implementing MDM strategies, ensuring data quality, and leading data transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in SCM and a strong analytical background. Knowledge of data analytics and SQL is preferred. This position is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of experience in PS&L, New Model SCM, Parts Analysis or Cataloging.
• Understanding of Panda, GPDS, WERS/PC2/CMMS3/WIPS.
• Exposure to data analytics tools like Alteryx.

Position Purpose (Overview of the position)

The position is responsible for successful implementation, maintenance and governance of Master data management systems. The consultant acts as a crucial link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into robust MDM solutions.

• 6 to 8 years of experience in PS&L, New Model SCM, Parts Analysis or Cataloging
• Understanding of Panda, GPDS and PD parts releasing & cataloging, SCM, WERS/PC2/CMMS3/WIPS
• Exposure to data analytics tools like Alteryx or database creation tools like SQL
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, communication skill

• Design and implement comprehensive MDM strategies and solutions.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure data quality and consistency across systems.
• Design and maintain data models to support master data initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall data architecture
• Lead data migration, harmonization, and transformation from legacy system to SAP and other migration projects
• Perform data cleansing, enrichment, and validation activities in Part Control (PC2),Panda, Clearing house, S4 and Legacy systems
• Streamline and optimize data management processes to enhance efficiency and reliability
• Contribute to MC, DR & UAT to ensure seamless data, system integration
• Act as a key liaison to address issues faced by business on data touch points.
• Monitor and audit master data to ensure compliance with governance rules and identify gaps/issues in SAP launched markets
• Drive for continuous improvement initiatives from the team including any Alteryx/Qlik View/RPA project scope
