Job summary

HealthIndia Insurance TPA Service Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a hospital onboarding and network coordination specialist in Mumbai. The role focuses on empanelling hospitals, collecting onboarding documents, and negotiating service tariffs in line with guidelines.

You will maintain provider databases, support day-to-day hospital coordination, and address provider queries while ensuring IRDAI and internal TAT standards are met. Experience with claims and billing processes is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and empanel hospitals/clinics as per company guidelines.
• Collect, verify, and process hospital onboarding documentation.
• Negotiate tariffs and finalize service agreements (as per experience level).
• Maintain and update provider database & records.
• Manage day-to-day coordination with hospitals.
• Handle provider queries and resolve operational issues.
• Manage escalations related to claims, billing, and disputes.
• Conduct hospital visits and relationship meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Claims, Operations, Medical, Finance).
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI and internal TAT standards.
• Support network expansion strategy and market mapping.
