Job summary

Bikham in India is seeking an experienced Credentialing & Enrollment Specialist to manage end-to-end provider credentialing and enrollment for US payers. This permanent, remote role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong communication to operate across multiple applications independently.

You will submit and track enrollment applications across all US states, handle LOIs, and coordinate with payers such as private insurers, Medicare and Medicaid.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in provider credentialing and enrollment.
• Experience with LOIs, payer follow-ups, and portal navigation.

• Apply for and renew provider licenses such as Professional licenses, DEA, and Controlled Substance licenses.
• Regularly update clients on application status and ensure providers remain active with payers.

About the Role
