Job summary

Bikham is hiring a Credentialing & Enrollment Specialist to manage end-to-end provider credentialing and enrollment for individual and group providers. This is a permanent work-from-home role requiring attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple applications independently.

The role involves submitting and tracking enrollment across US states, handling LOIs, and coordinating with payers including private insurers, Medicare, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in provider credentialing and enrollment.
• Experience with payer communications and follow-ups.
• Ability to manage multiple applications with deadlines.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Apply for and renew provider licenses such as professional licenses, DEA, and Controlled Substance licenses.
• Ensure provider information and documents are accurate and up to date.
• Regularly update clients on application status and ensure providers remain active with payers.
• Work independently while staying engaged with the remote team.
