Job summary

Istar Business Solutions in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, is seeking an experienced Provider Enrollment Specialist to manage end-to-end enrollment, revalidation, and credentialing for US payers. You will handle Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer applications and CAQH profile creation, maintenance, and attestation.

The role requires strict adherence to enrollment timelines, follow-up with payers, and handling licensing renewals. WFO is mandatory with night shift support as needed.
