Job summary

Novotech is seeking a Proposal Manager to independently handle standard proposals and RFP responses from intake to submission. You will coordinate inputs from Sales, Pricing, Contracts, and subject-matter experts to ensure timely, compliant proposals that meet customer requirements and internal standards.

You will assemble content using approved templates, identify gaps or risks, and escalate as needed while applying established processes to guarantee quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in proposal management or a related field.

• End-to-End Proposal Execution: Independently manage standard proposals and RFPs from intake through submission.
• Content Assembly & Compliance: Assemble proposal content using approved templates and content libraries; ensure alignment to requirements.
• Process & Quality Management: Apply proposal processes and meet quality, accuracy, and compliance expectations; meet SLAs.
• Tools & Documentation: Use proposal tools effectively; maintain accurate records and status updates.
• Stakeholder Communication: Partner with Sales on requirements, timelines, and expectations; communicate proactively.

About the role:

The Proposal Manager independently manages standard customer proposals and RFP responses. This role owns proposal execution within established frameworks, ensuring submissions are timely, compliant, and aligned to customer requirements and internal standards.
The Proposal Manager exercises judgment within defined guidelines and escalates complex or non‑standard issues as needed.

1. End‑to‑End Proposal Execution

• Independently manage standard proposals and RFPs from intake through submission.
• Coordinate inputs from Sales, Pricing, Contracts, and subject‑matter experts.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and submission milestones.

2. Content Assembly & Compliance

• Assemble proposal content using approved templates and content libraries.
• Ensure proposals fully address customer requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Identify gaps or risks and elevate appropriately.

3. Process & Quality Management

• Apply proposal processes, standards, and best practices consistently.
• Ensure submissions meet quality, accuracy, and compliance expectations.
• Meet defined SLAs for proposal delivery.

4. Tools & Documentation

• Use proposal management and document tools effectively.
• Maintain accurate proposal records, files, and status updates.

5. Stakeholder Communication

• Partner with Sales on proposal requirements, timelines, and expectations.
• Provide clear and proactive communication throughout the proposal lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in proposal management or a related field.
• Experience managing proposals or RFP responses end‑to‑end.
• Strong written communication and project management skills.
