Job summary

Pyramid E&C in Mumbai is seeking a qualified candidate to manage tender documents and compile technical proposals for engineering projects. The role involves coordinating with the procurement department for budgetary quotations and preparing techno-commercial proposals.

The ideal candidate should be a Chemical or Mechanical Engineering Graduate with software skills in MS Office and familiarity with the SAP SD module. Experience in a multi-discipline engineering environment is preferred.

Job description

• Review Enquiry/Tender document and understand scope.
• Identify the requirement of the bid – technical & commercial.
• Compilation of Technical proposal & Specification sheets.
• Coordinate with Procurement Department for Obtaining Budgetary Quotations from vendors for bought out components/fabricated items/services, etc. & evaluation of the same.
• Man-hour estimation. Compilation of Techno- commercial proposal & Price.
• Interaction with top management for finalization of Bids.

Software/System Skills:

• MS Office
• Familiarity in SAP SD module

Special Skills:

• Experience in Multi Discipline engineering environment.

Education: Chemical/Mechanical Engineering Graduate from a recognized Institute.
