Job summary

MRI Software is seeking a Property Accountant III for our Gurgaon, India office. The role requires 5+ years in property accounting with commercial or residential management.

You will reconcile bank statements, post tenant receipts and journal entries, and analyze financials while maintaining strong client communication. This position offers hybrid working arrangements (3 days WFO per week), a performance bonus, health insurance, and a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a property accountant with commercial or residential management
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field; Masters preferred
• Experience using MRI Software applications is a plus
