Job summary

MRI Software in Gurgaon is seeking a Property Accountant III to join our team. This role will prepare monthly financial statements for commercial and residential management clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will reconcile bank statements, post receipts, and analyze financials while communicating with clients to address questions and provide insightful reporting. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of property accounting experience, proficiency with MRI Software, and a proven ability to

• 5+ years' experience as a property accountant with commercial or residential management company.
• Experience using MRI Software applications a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management in written and/or verbal form.
• Ability to work independently and under deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Post journal entries
• Analyse balance sheet and income statements for unusual activity and report to client
• Produce financial statement reports and submit to owner/management company
• Maintain open line of communication with clients at all times

Skills and other requirements

• 5+ years' experience as a property accountant with commercial or residential management company
• Experience using MRI Software applications a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management through written and/or verbal communication
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work under deadlines
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities
• A high degree of dependability, motivation and flexibility

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field; Masters preferred – and/or relevant qualification and/or relevant experience
