Alignerr is seeking a Prompt Writer (AI Training) for a fully remote, hourly-contract role. You’ll craft original prompts, design questions and scenarios, and push AI models to think more creatively, safely, and usefully. No prior AI background required—just strong writing skills and a curious mind.

You’ll work asynchronously on a flexible schedule, 10–40 hours per week, with global collaboration and ongoing opportunities as new projects launch.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong writing skills and a knack for creative thinking. No technical or AI background required — just a sharp mind, a love of language, and the ability to think outside the box.

What You'll Do

• Write original, diverse prompts across a wide range of topics, formats, and difficulty levels
• Design questions, scenarios, and challenges that test AI reasoning, creativity, and accuracy
• Craft prompts specifically designed to probe edge cases, expose weaknesses, and surface unexpected AI behavior
• Follow detailed style guides and prompt-writing frameworks with precision and consistency
• Iterate and refine prompts based on structured feedback and evolving project needs
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Creative thinker with strong written communication skills
• Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas across a wide range of topics and disciplines
• Able to write clearly, concisely, and compellingly on diverse subject matter
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working within structured guidelines
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• No prior AI, technical, or prompt-engineering experience required

Nice to Have

• Background in writing, journalism, education, philosophy, or content creation
• Experience with creative writing, copywriting, or instructional design
• Familiarity with AI tools or chatbots as an end user
• Broad general knowledge spanning multiple subject areas
