ENABLE 2 is a hybrid type-2 implementation trial evaluating the effectiveness and scalability of an integrated, multi-level cardiovascular care model for vulnerable populations beyond healthcare settings
The project aims to strengthen cardiovascular disease prevention and care by engaging vulnerable and underserved communities and integrating community and health-system approaches. Community participation is central to the project, with local stakeholders and community members involved in delivering and supporting the intervention to reach the unreached. The study will assess health outcomes and implementation factors, including reach, adoption, implementation, and sustainability, to generate evidence for scaling up integrated cardiovascular care models in India.
