Hitachi ABB Power Grids is seeking a Quality Lead to plan, organize, and monitor all quality work for the HVDC project. You will analyse quality demands, align them to the IMS, and guide the project core team to meet objectives, supplier quality, and customer satisfaction.
You will drive QMS implementation, create PQP, coordinate with the customer, manage ITPs, and maintain a master ITP register. Strong communication in English, 5+ years EPC/project quality experience, and skills in Salesforce
Plan, organize, lead and monitor all Quality work related to the project. Analyse and consider thequality demands of the contract and align them to HVDC’s quality management system. Support andguide the project core team in all quality related issues in the project to support project objectiveachievement in terms of quality, supplier & subcontractor quality, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate all quality related discussion with the Customer. Flag for and stop execution of project if thequality risks are too high.
You will participate to Project kick off meeting to ensure that the Project Quality plan, Inspection & Test Program and all Quality requirements are communicated and implemented on theProject Main point of contact and Interface with the customer on test coordination & Project Quality issues.
You will develop, implement and follow up the quality management system (QMS) for the project in the form of the project quality plan (PQP). The PQP shall be based on HVDCs IMS in addition to specific project specific procedures, deviations to IMS processes and documentsare to be discussed and risks registered within the project deviation database.
You will drive Quality culture, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and compliance with local codes & standards, law & regulations on the Project, develop and implement a Project Quality audit schedule as per customer requirements and the internal requirements of the Business and the Quality Management System.
You will communicate the inspection and test program (ITP) to the client in a timely manner, in line with project schedule deliverables.
You will be responsible for creating, communicating & following up the master ITP register based on input from various functions.
You will follow up on T-NPS scores, response rates, comments, and trends, review Quality RS and ensure project specific customer requirements are implemented.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

You hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical / mechanical Engineering.
Should have minimum 5+ years professional experience related to the function (ex. EPC Project based environment).
Experience in process management ideally in project business, preferably in the energy or automation industry, or other quality and process-oriented industries.
Understanding of Salesforce and handling customer feedback.
Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Power BI.
Multi-culture experience, proactive, self-Motivated, flexible.
Strong communication skills in written and verbal (English).
