Job summary

TechnipFMC in Hyderabad, India, is seeking a Quality Engineer/Analyst to participate in developing, improving and deploying Quality Management systems and to coordinate employee trainings. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Quality or Engineering and 2–5 years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of management systems.

The candidate will configure and upgrade the QMS, drive continuous improvement, conduct induction training, and communicate standards across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably with a specialization in Quality (Engineering degree for Quality Engineer only, equivalent qualification for Quality Analyst).
• 2 to 5 years of experience.
• Good knowledge of Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
• Develops and coordinates induction training to raise awareness on quality processes.
• Communicates programs, standards and procedures to the quality team and other plant employees.
• Participates in the elaboration of Group tools to measure performance.
• Recommends new quality policies or procedures to ensure high quality products, processes or services.
• Carries out extensive statistical analysis and reports on system performance and developments.
