The Workplace Design Manager & Coordinator - Architectural will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating workplace design projects to ensure they align with corporate standards, stakeholder needs, and operational objectives. As a core member of the Centre of Excellence (COE) team, this role is responsible for organizing project meetings, setting and tracking team deliverables, and driving continuous improvement in design outcomes. The position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, project managers, and external consultants to deliver consistent, high-quality workplace solutions. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and foster a culture of proactive problem-solving and teamwork.
