Job summary

Alstom, Bangalore, is seeking a Project Planning Engineer to join our industrial project management team. You will orchestrate detailed schedules and align stakeholders across Tenders, Projects, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong scheduling skills, international collaboration, and proficiency with Primavera, MSP or Planisware. A technical engineering degree and PM certifications are preferred for growth into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree; PMP/IPMA‑D/PRINCE2 certifications preferred.
• Experience in project management within an industrial setting.
• Ability to manage schedules, simulations, and evolving project objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative team player.
• Multi-tasking capabilities and proactive problem solving.
• Comfort in a multicultural and international environment.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools Primavera, MSP, Planisware.

Youll specifically take care of detailed project scheduling, but also proactive solution proposals and conflict management.
