VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions) in Pune is seeking a delivery-focused professional responsible for leading medium to large cross-functional business and technology initiatives. This role ensures end-to-end accountability across the project lifecycle, from initiation through execution and value realisation, aligning outcomes with strategic objectives and measurable business benefits.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional projects within agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Define and manage project scope, schedules, financials, resources, and governance frameworks.
• Own financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and benefits tracking.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to safeguard delivery outcomes.
• Monitor project performance against agreed milestones and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Establish robust governance and transparent reporting aligned with regulatory and financial compliance standards.
• Engage and align senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making and resolving conflicts.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external partners, ensuring smooth transition into business-as-usual operations.

Who you are

• 7+ years of experience delivering medium to large projects independently.
• Domain exposure in telecommunications, digital transformation, or large-scale technology delivery environments.

• Delivery tooling: MS Project, Jira, Planview, Clarity, or ServiceNow.
• Financial tracking reporting: SAP, Excel, Power BI or similar
