Qualifications

• 3–6 years of project management or coordination experience.
• Experience managing projects for international clients (US/UK).
• Excellent written and spoken English with clear emails and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with PM tools (Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
• Understanding of design and development lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Strong documentation and cross‑workstream coordination.
• Able to explain business needs to technical teams without coding.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and run discovery and requirement meetings with US client stakeholders across time zones.
• Understand client business processes and translate needs to design and development teams.
• Send regular status updates covering progress, risks, decisions needed and next steps.
• Coordinate between design and development teams; ensure designs are reviewed and handed off.
• Track client tasks and keep teams on schedule; escalate blockers early.
• Coordinate UAT with the client and track feedback to closure.
• Set up and maintain projects in PM tools (e.g., Monday.com).
• Maintain organized documentation in Google Drive and share weekly updates.

Coordinating between development and design teams is an important part of the job, but the exact scope will be shaped by what the client needs. This is a non-technical role built on three strengths: clear documentation, reliable coordination, and the ability to quickly understand how the client's business works.

Expect to keep the client's work moving between teams, keep stakeholders aligned, and take on other project tasks the client assigns. Typical projects involve ecommerce stores, CRM setups and integrations, and internal business workflows.

Client coordination

• Schedule and run discovery and requirement meetings with US client stakeholders, across time zones.
• Understand the client's business processes (sales, orders, fulfillment, customer service, marketing) and make sure their needs reach the right people on the design and development teams.
• Send regular status updates to the client covering progress, risks, decisions needed and next steps.

Team coordination

• Coordinate between design and development teams as needed, making sure designs are reviewed, approved and handed off with everything developers need.
• Track the status of work the client assigns and follow up with the teams to keep it on schedule.
• Spot blockers and dependencies early and resolve them or expedite in time.
• Coordinate UAT (user acceptance testing) with the client and track feedback to closure.

Tools and process

• Set up and maintain projects in PM tools such as Monday.com
• Keep documentation organized in Google Drive.
• Track timelines and deliverables, and share weekly updates.

Required skills and qualifications

• 3–6 years of project management or project coordination experience, ideally at a digital agency, IT services firm or product company.
• Proven experience managing projects for US, UK or other international clients.
• Excellent written and spoken English: clear emails, structured documents, and confident leadership of client calls.
• Hands-on working knowledge of at least two PM tools (Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com or similar), including setting up boards, workflows and reports.
• Understanding of the stages of a design and development project (discovery, wireframes, design, build, QA, launch).
• Strong documentation and coordination skills: clear meeting notes, follow-up emails and status updates, with consistent follow-up across several workstreams.
• Ability to explain business needs to technical teams and technical constraints to clients, without needing to code.
