Job description

Project Manager will work with ADT Project team, EPCm Contractor and other stakeholders to ensure overall coordination and delivery of Project, on time, on specification and within budget, including, but not limited to, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning and hand over of all facilities, and final close out for the SPM project at Nayara Refinery.

  1. Project Coordination
    Develop an overall Project execution plan, set up deliverables list, budgets and time lines for each of the stages of the Project and secure all required approvals for continuous project execution.
    Coordinate and manage with internal and external agencies for Execution phase of new SPM installation including interconnection with existing SPM.
    Coordinate and manage with internal and external agencies for Execution of other Marine related project works.
    Report on corrective actions and solutions pursued to deliver Project on specification, on time and in budget.
    Ensure smooth and timely flow of information among stakeholders.
  2. Project Planning and Control
    Monitor and provide feedback on Project progress and delivery. Ensure macro and micro project/activity schedules.
    Identify and mitigate issues affecting project progress.
    Coordinate with all stakeholders to lead creation of integrated optimized schedule.
    Monitoring of schedules and timelines and red flagging the issues.
    Expediting the engineering, procurement and construction activities.
  3. Infrastructure and Enabling Works
    Support to Identify and coordinate Infrastructure and enabling works requirements.
    Monitoring overall progress and use of resources.
    Coordinate with external and internal agencies for the same.
  4. Risk Management
    Identify project risks, and work out the contingency/mitigation plans.
    Provide feedback on risk management, risk identification, status of risk mitigation and open risk elements.
  5. Change Management
    Install and run a comprehensive Claim Management process to actively log contractor errors and omissions, promptly treat change requests, and keep a running counter of pending, approved and rejected change requests.
    Applying change control and configuration management processes.
  6. Safety and Quality Management
    Implement and foster a total safety culture in the Project Owner’s Team, as well as in the organizations of the Contractors, Service providers and Equipment Vendors.
    Ensure Project execution with zero lost time accidents, recorded injuries and environmental releases.
    Ensure appropriate HSE and quality standards are being applied consistently throughout the entire Project.
    Drive the development and implementation of a quality management plan to ensure quality.
    Ensure the Owner’s Team is staffed with the required quality control and assurance resources to run an adequate Quality Control and Assurance process during construction of the Project.
