Qualifications

• B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering required.
• 1-2 years of experience in Solar EPC projects.
• Hands-on EPC experience for projects exceeding 5 MW capacity.
• Strong knowledge of HT systems, transmission lines, and switchyards.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Solar EPC & Commissioning

• Lead execution of ground-mounted solar plant EPC and INC projects
• Manage projects with capacity above 5 MW
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities

2. HT Systems & Infrastructure

• Handle High Tension (HT) systems, Transmission Lines (TL), and switchyard operations
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

3. Multi-Site Project Management

• Manage multiple project sites simultaneously
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and cost control

4. Stakeholder & Team Management

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure project satisfaction
• Lead and supervise on-site teams effectively

5. Reporting & Communication

• Prepare and present project progress reports
• Ensure clear communication across all stakeholders

6. Travel Requirements

• Willingness to travel across project sites as required
