Job summary

YASH Technologies, Inc. in Pune, India, is seeking an experienced QAD ERP Project Manager to lead large-scale QAD implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and support programs.

You will own project leadership, customer management, team development, and business-growth orientation, while promoting Agile/Hybrid delivery, governance, risk control, and executive stakeholder communication to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years IT experience with strong QAD ERP project management.
• Experience managing large teams and complex/global projects.
• QAD implementation, upgrade, rollout or support experience.
• Excellent customer-facing, leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Agile and adaptable mindset with willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QAD ERP projects, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, quality and risk are well managed.
• Manage large and geographically distributed teams and build strong second-line leadership.
• Own customer relationships, governance, escalations and executive stakeholder communication.
• Drive Agile/Hybrid delivery methodologies and continuous improvement.
• Work with Presales and Solution teams on proposals, estimations, solutioning and new business opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, rollouts and account growth.
• Promote adoption of AI, automation, new technologies and modern delivery methods.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
