Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead Payment Orchestration and Digital Platform workstreams across multiple business and technology teams.
• Coordinate integration of payment gateways, acquirers, alternative payment methods and PSPs.
• Drive PCI-DSS compliance, fraud prevention, payment security, settlement, reconciliation and chargeback management.
• Oversee Mobile Applications, Customer Self‑Service Solutions and Digital Commerce Channels.
• Oversee ancillary merchandising initiatives including seats, baggage, upgrades, lounge access and other revenue streams.
• Plan and govern end-to-end delivery including scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Digital, Payments, Security, Architecture, Testing and Operations.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party technology providers.
• Lead digital release planning, deployment readiness and go-live activities.
• Drive governance forums, steering committee updates and executive project reporting.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payment orchestration, digital customer experience, ancillary merchandising, customer self-service platforms, and end-to-end digital transformation programs while ensuring successful delivery of business objectives.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, payment ecosystem expertise, and experience coordinating multi-vendor technology programs across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms.
