Job summary

Zahoransky Moulds And Machines in Coimbatore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead automation projects spanning mould development, packaging lines and assembly stations. You will plan, execute and oversee projects from initiation to delivery, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring adherence to medical-device quality standards.

The role requires 8-10 years of PM experience in related industries, with strong communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of project management experience in medical assembly automation, special purpose machines or industrial automation

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and control projects from initiation to completion
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules using MS Project
• Lead regular project review meetings and report status to management
• Coordinate semi-automatic and fully automated assembly process development and implementation
• Manage machine design, automation, robotics, assembly stations, inspection systems and line integration
• Oversee mould development, injection moulding machines, trials, sampling and process optimization
• Ensure compliance with medical device quality and regulatory requirements
• Maintain project risk registers and monitor critical risks
• Prepare and monitor budgets and track expenditures against approvals

Role & responsibilities

• Required Skill and Experience
• The candidate should have min. 8-10 years of experience in Project management, preferably in Medical assembly automations, Special purpose machines, Industrial automation, Injection mouldingetc.
• Project planning & Management : Plan, execute, monitor, and control projects from project initiation to successful completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and communicate project status to management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate development and implementation of semi-automatic and fully automated assembly processes.
• Manage activities related to machine design, automation, robotics, assembly stations, inspection systems, testing equipment, and line integration.
• Manage projects involving mould development, injection moulding machines, trials, sampling, process optimization and approval activities
• Ensure project activities comply with applicable medical-device quality and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain project risk registers and monitor critical risks.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost estimates.
• Track project expenditure against approved budgets.

Preferred candidate profile

• experience with ERP systems and project dashboards.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills. Proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage.
