Overview
Define and deliver Infrastructure Expansion Project master plan in-line with overall expansion project. Responsible for driving all aspects of digital infrastructure within the project including governance and operational excellence. Active member of the project delivery team and leads regular infrastructure reviews with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Review error logs and user-reported errors and identify stable and reliable solutions.
- Responsible for delivering against managing IT budget at site.
- Manage technical staff and Infra Hardware and Software equipment related to Cloud, Virtualization, Server, Network, Security, Databases etc.
- Prepare SOP, Knowledge Articles required in providing technical support and guidance to users.
- Resolve escalated issues, major incidents, priority activities with good problem solving abilities.
- Execute a robust IT change management process, preventing incidents and unplanned outages.
- Ensure IT Compliance to both industry and P&G standards is achieved.
- Conduct training and perform interviews to hire candidates of domain skills.
- Plan, review, approve and deploy system-wide changes to reduce interruptions and server downtime.
- Ensure IT Continuity planning (infrastructure and application continuity, IT resiliency, operational & disaster recovery) is properly updated.
- Identify, track and report Incident, Requests, Changes, Hardware Inventory, Risks, Issues.
- Own governance of site IT contractors.
Qualifications
- Must have working experience as Technical Support Manager
- Must have detailed understanding of Managed Services Business Model
- Project Management Ability to successfully deliver small to medium projects with utmost rigor.
- Integrated Risk Management Understanding of IT compliance, Governance and risk management.
- Effective abilities to maintain strong relations with CIO, Vendors, Security and Other Support Teams
- Ability to work effectively with multifunctional team at site and broader teams across to deliver a project.
- Must have effective communication skills to present and discuss issues with Vendors and Customers.
- Must have leadership skills to guide and drive the team to achieve goals as part project requirements
