Job summary

UST is seeking a seasoned project leader to drive product development and engineering efforts. You will deliver projects within scope, budget, and timelines, acting as a hands-on project manager and Scrum Master across all phases.

You will coordinate with customers, architects and teams to ensure success and foster high-performing cross-cultural teams. The role requires deep knowledge of development and testing best practices, strong communication skills and a drive to innovate within the PM

Qualifications

• 9+ years of total industry experience in software development.
• Minimum 4+ years in end-to-end project management.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum, Scrum Master role.
• Proficient with project management tools: Rally, Jira, TFS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects in product development or product engineering within time, cost and quality constraints.
• Act as a thought leader and coordinate with stakeholders to achieve business goals.
• Lead as project manager/scrum master with hands-on involvement across all phases.

Role Description

Job Summary A Leader who can work with different stakeholders to successfully deliver projects in product development or product engineering space. Ensure that project is delivered within constraints (time, cost, quality). Act as a thought leader and help customer achieve their business goals. Work as project manager / scrum master with hands on approach on all project phases Take complete accountability of success of the project Sound technical knowledge: need to have high-level understanding of the technologies especially Should be able to participate in technical discussions with all stakeholders customer, architects, tech leads Awareness of digital technologies and their use cases Be adept in handling technical tools and have a deep insight in the subject of the project Have in depth understanding of the development and testing best practices Experience in project management tools i.e. Microsoft Project, Rally, Jira, Team Foundation Server Ability to understand business domain for providing solution. Analyse, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects Able to visualize and set project vision. Prepare project plan to achieve the vision. Give complete clarity to the team Goal setting and result orientation Demonstrated experience in building high performance teams. Experience in working with cross-cultural teams Consistently build innovation culture within team leading by example Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel Ability to contribute to the Project Management Practice and various organization initiatives Experience in RFP, RFI and Pre Sales Exposure and proven experience in CMM/ISO Able to implement the organization management system in the project Technical & Personal Attributes 9+ years of total industry experience in software development Minimum 4+ years in end-to-end project management Agile/Scrum worked as Scrum Master Sound Technical Knowledge Project management tools : Rally, Jira, TFS PMP or equivalent certification Certified Scrum Master is must Top notch communication skills and interpersonal skills Good analytical skills and problem-solving attitude Quick decision maker and ability to influence decisions, problem solver Ability to interact with various stakeholders in the organization Confident, Self-driven and highly motivated.
