Skills

• Directly managed full project management life cycle and software development life cycle for the implementation of multiple IT projects.
• Delivered projects with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with function point and story point estimation techniques.
• Experience in CMMI Level 5 processes.
• Excellent client‑facing, interpersonal, internal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in .Net technology is an advantage.
• Hands‑on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Hands‑on experience in Microsoft Project.
• Experience in ERP software is an advantage.
• Candidate must attend final interview in Kochi.

Education & Qualification

Job Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of projects.
• Deliver the project plan to scope, timescales and budget by tracking all activities against plan and actual costs against budget.
• Resource allocation and management.
• Develop and maintain project metrics and dashboards.
• Ensure profitability of the project through accounting, costing and billing.
• Project schedule and tracking using tracking tool.
• Manage risk and issues logs with mitigation plan.
• Timely communication with all stakeholders about the status of projects.
• Manage and trace requirements and scope creep.
• Timely invoicing of project milestones and vendor management.
