Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager - External Development to lead hotel construction project coordination, liaising with clients, consultants, authorities, and contractors from initiation through completion.

The role emphasizes controlling schedules, budgets, approvals, and compliance across hospitality developments, delivering on quality and regulatory standards while driving stakeholder alignment and timely decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline; post‑graduate qualification is desirable.
• 10 - 15 years of experience in large‑scale hospitality (Hotel, resorts, etc) construction project development.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, development approvals, construction methodologies, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and coordinate multiple internal and external partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, project planning, and problem‑solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage external development and project coordination activities for hotel construction and hospitality development projects.
• Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, government authorities, and utility agencies to obtain approvals and ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of development objectives.

• Prepare project reports, stakeholder updates, and executive presentations while driving issue resolution and decision‑making processes.
