Job summary

Sequretek It Solutions in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Delivery/Project Management professional to lead client engagements and drive delivery goals. The role involves team leadership, process improvements, and ongoing interactions with customers to maximise value delivery.

You will manage direct and indirect teams, shape security-focused delivery practices, and ensure robust governance across projects, incidents and changes. Prior experience with large customers is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in security domain services or products.
• Proven project management and execution experience.
• Ability to manage client visits and interactions.
• Familiarity with delivery processes and PMP is a plus.

• Team augmentation, skills management and development.
• Performance review and management of delivery teams.
• Revalidate and implement processes for reviews, PM, change and incident management.

• Develop templates for automating repeatable tasks.
• Input of tools for service management and delivery measurement.
