Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in India is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead planning, organization, and execution of large-scale projects in Lucknow. The role requires coordinating with architects, contractors and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and compliance with quality standards.

You will oversee end-to-end project planning, construction management across civil, structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines, and ensure GMP-aligned practices.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years of experience in project management or construction.
• Experience coordinating with architects, contractors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management with schedules and budgets.
• Oversee civil, structural, mechanical and electrical works with GMP considerations.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance (FSSAI/ISO/HACCP) at site.
• Manage vendor contracts, BOQs and contractor performance.
• Coordinate with management, investors, regulatory authorities and production teams.

Senior Project Manager will work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed according to plan.

About the Role

• Project Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end project management, develop schedules and budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Construction Management: Oversee civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical works while ensuring adherence to industry standards and GMP.
• Quality, Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP) and maintain a safe construction site.
• Contract & Vendor Management: Manage vendor negotiations, contracts, BOQs, and contractor performance.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison with management, investors, regulatory authorities, and production teams.
• Understand & Oversee the project planning from scratch till end with basic understanding in MSP.

About You

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 15+ years of experience.
