Job summary

ConnexR Solutions Pvt Ltd seeks an experienced Project Manager (Cloud Infrastructure AI) in Bengaluru to lead end-to-end migrations and AI/ML implementations. You will drive scope, timelines, and resources across engineering, data science, and DevOps, while coordinating budgets and governance.

This role demands robust cloud, AI/ML, and leadership skills. Experience in large-scale tech delivery, containerization, and hybrid setups is essential, with PMP or cloud certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 7–8+ years in Project Management with large-scale technology delivery.
• Hands-on with Cloud Infrastructure projects (AWS, Azure, GCP) – migrations, hybrid setups, IaaS
• Proven delivery of AI/ML projects (MLOps pipelines, NLP, computer vision, generative AI)
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures, microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience managing cross-functional, geographically distributed teams
• PMP certification (preferred)
• Cloud certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Fundamentals, GCP Cloud Engineer
• Familiarity with AI/ML platforms (SageMaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI)
• Knowledge of data engineering pipelines, data lakes, big data technologies
• Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government)
• MBA or Master’s degree in relevant field

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud infrastructure migrations & AI/ML implementations
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, resources
• Develop project plans, risk registers, status reports
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and ensure delivery within financial parameters
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, DevOps, and architecture teams
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and hybrid methodologies
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations
• Communicate updates/escalations to senior leadership
