Job summary

Canvass Clinical Research Services is seeking an experienced clinical operations professional to oversee end-to-end trial activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

The role involves training CRCs and site staff on patient identification, recruitment, and retention, coordinating with PI, CRA and sponsors, and supervising CRC teams to deliver quality, on-time results across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversight, monitor end-to-end clinical trial activities ensuring full regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Train CRC/ site lead/ Project Coordinator for patient identification, Smooth recruitment process & retention of patients in the trial .
• Ensure to meet all time points as site sop, sponsor Requirements & guidelines
• Coordinate effective with PI, CRA, Sponsors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.( All stakeholders)
• Supervise and manage CRC teams, ensuring performance, quality control, and timely task completion.
• Lead feasibility studies and support onboarding and activation of new sites and projects.
• Identify projects data quality risks proactively and ensure timely resolution to avoid escalation.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance across all clinical operations.
