  • Develop, maintain, and track integrated project schedules, critical paths, and milestones; proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Act as a key liaison between cross‑functional teams (engineering, operations, production, supply chain, quality) to support mass production readiness and customer requirements.
  • Bridge communication and execution gaps between India and Operations through structured reporting, regular reviews, and hands‑on troubleshooting.
  • Prepare and consolidate regular project, inventory, and production reports for PMO and operations stakeholders.
  • Identify issues and bottlenecks early, redirect potential pitfalls, and drive timely resolution to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare presentation materials and present project updates at internal management reviews and external customer or partner meetings.
Requirements
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin to work effectively with regional and cross‑border stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred.
