Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Own the project lifecycle from inception to closure, tracking timelines, costs, resources, and risks. Stakeholder Synergy: Act as the bridge between R&D, F&D, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and external CDMO partners. Business Support: Partner with Legal and Costing teams to finalize term sheets, commercial proposals, and strategic alliances. Operational Excellence: Drive process improvements and knowledge transfer to boost organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong ability to align project deliverables with strategic business objectives.
• Expertise in QMS, documentation, and reporting to leadership.
• A collaborative mindset to work with subject matter experts and functional managers.
• Qualification: M.Pharm / MBA
