Your key responsibilities

• Technical Excellence
• Consulting (Operations and Business Services)
• Be part of client engagements and lead specific work-streams
• Advise clients on sourcing models (shared services, outsourcing) and transition journey activities
• Develop business cases, target operating models, sizing, location selection, and transition management
• RFP development, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, portfolio rationalization
• Map processes and controls, identify gaps and improvements
• Support engagement economics, resources and utilization
• Lead delivery of high-quality deliverables and manage client expectations
• Contribute to brand development and knowledge management
• Ensure compliance with firm standards and policies
• Manage senior stakeholders and drive market leadership initiatives

Professional Background / Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years post-MBA experience in Consulting (preferred) or industry background in Outsourcing Advisory/ Governance/ Business Development
• Experience in outsourcing/sourcing strategy, or outsourcing services sales
• Process redesign in L2O, O2C, R2R, P2P, H2R; finance transformation and service sourcing
• Knowledge of technology sector sub-sectors and trends; data management and analytics
• Big 4 consulting experience preferred; experience in professional services domain
• Academic background: B.E./B.Tech or CA + MBA from a premier institute

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in two or more areas: process transformation, business case analysis, service sourcing, RFP, outsourcing/offshoring strategy, shared services, IT transformation, SLAs design, KPIs
• RPA/OCR/BI tools exposure; process mapping tools (Visio, Blueworks, Celonis)
• Data visualization: Tableau, Power BI
