Job summary

Kapture CX is seeking a Project Manager – AI Delivery in its AI Delivery team in Bengaluru. You will lead end-to-end AI projects for enterprise clients, delivering LLM-powered chatbots, voicebots, and conversational AI solutions that transform customer engagement.

You will coordinate with product, engineering, and AI teams, manage client expectations, and ensure on-time delivery while driving adoption and long-term success of AI implementations.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of overall experience with minimum 1+ year in AI delivery.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI projects such as LLM-based chatbots, voicebots, and conversational AI solutions.
• Strong customer handling and end-to-end project delivery in a client-facing environment.
• Experience in fast-paced startups, preferably in AI/SaaS environments.

As a Project Manager – AI Delivery, you will lead the end-to-end execution of cutting-edge AI projects for enterprise clients. You will be at the forefront of delivering LLM-powered chatbots, voicebots, and conversational AI solutions that transform how customers engage with brands.

This is a Bangalore-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

• You are highly organized and capable of driving multiple AI initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
