The role ensures high-quality learning experiences, efficient course delivery, AI-enabled student support, and continuous improvement of outcomes through cross-functional collaboration with Academic, IT, Marketing, and Support teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Management, Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• Experience in academic operations and program management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage AI-based coaching programs and curriculum.
• Coordinate with subject experts and faculty.
• Ensure timely course creation and updates.
• Maintain academic quality and learning standards.
• Manage AI learning tools and assessments.
• Monitor AI chatbot performance and student interactions.
• Coordinate with the technical team for platform improvements.
• Oversee student onboarding and orientation.
• Track student progress, attendance, and engagement.
• Resolve academic and technical queries.
• Improve student satisfaction and retention.
• Schedule faculty sessions and classes.
• Monitor teaching quality and performance.
• Conduct faculty training on AI tools and digital teaching methods.
• Ensure smooth daily operations of the coaching platform.
• Manage class schedules and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with Academic, IT, Marketing, and Support teams.
• Monitor enrollment, attendance, course completion, and student performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Analyze learning data to improve outcomes.
• Coordinate webinars, workshops, and demo classes.
• Support content creation for promotions.
• Gather student feedback and testimonials.
• Maintain course quality and platform standards.
• Ensure timely updates of study materials and assessments.
