Job summary

PGP Glass Ltd. seeks a seasoned project execution professional to lead manufacturing and new-site initiatives in the glass industry or other high-temperature production sectors.

You will prepare schedules, manage BOMs, coordinate safety and resources on site, and liaise with vendors to secure materials and payment milestones.

The role requires 12 to 16 years of relevant experience and a B.Tech in Ceramic, Chemical, or Mechanical engineering.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Ceramic, Chemical, or Mechanical.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and expedite project schedules and BOM.
• Overall control of site activities (Man, Machine, Method, Safety).
• Deal with vendors/suppliers to get offers and consolidate material supply & work completion for payment release.
• Close coordination with intra-departments for a safe and economical way of execution.
• Explore new technologies available in the Glass Industry or any high-temperature production industry and implement the same after proper techno-commercial evaluation.
• Support role in operation/quality-related issues with the manufacturing team and maintenance.
