Job summary

Hitachi Energy India Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of projects within our organization, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.

Candidate should have 8–10 years in project management, preferably in energy or infrastructure, with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, PRINCE2, and MS Project or Primavera P6 is desirable; willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; master's preferred.
• 8–10 years in project management, preferably in energy or infrastructure.
• Proven track record managing complex projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, PRINCE2; PMP certification desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Project or Primavera P6.

Job Qualification

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, PRINCE2) and tools. PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.
