Job summary

Sharpmind Consultancy Services seeks a Sr. Project Engineer / Project Manager for Thane & Mumbai area. Requires B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering with 7–12 years in residential and commercial developments. Must oversee site execution from inception to handover, including MEP, and be proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office and ERP software.

Candidates should preferably reside near Thane/Mumbai, be under 45, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering from Mumbai University.
• 7–12 years of experience with a developer in residential and commercial projects.
