Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical or Civil Engineering is required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in transmission line EPC projects.
• Experience with state-level or rural infrastructure projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of transmission line projects (132kV, 220kV, 400kV).
• Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, and material deployment.
• Oversee tower erection, stringing, sagging, testing and commissioning.
• Manage site execution teams, contractors and subcontractors.
• Handle ROW issues and local administration coordination.
• Liaise with state authorities, forest departments and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance; track progress with daily/weekly MIS.
• Manage billing, vendor payments, and project cost control.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager – Transmission Line to oversee execution of transmission line projects across Chhattisgarh. The role involves managing site operations, ensuring timely project delivery, handling local coordination, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of transmission line projects (132kV, 220kV, 400kV).
• Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, and material deployment.
• Oversee tower erection, stringing, sagging, testing, and commissioning.
• Manage site execution teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Handle Right of Way (ROW) issues, local administration coordination, and land-related challenges.
• Liaise with state authorities (CSPDCL / local DISCOMs), forest departments, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety norms, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Track project progress and share daily/weekly MIS reports with management.
• Manage billing, vendor payments, and project cost control.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
