Role & responsibilities

Looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the development and maintenance of high-performance applications, guiding and mentoring the team in technical expertise, customer service, and application support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java-based technologies, analysis, design, and estimation, with the ability to drive innovation and enhance application performance. They will work closely with client architects, support teams, and cross-department stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-quality applications, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements
• Must have worked in Fix price projects
• Creation of Capacity plan, efforts tracking, maintain pyramid ratio and financials
• Handle Daily Standup meeting with team and ensure activity will go as per plan
• Mentor and build technical expertise within the development team
• Collaborate with client architects to review designs and provide input
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and technical standards
• Participate in and contribute to cross-department discussions and initiatives
• Drive innovation within the teams, continuously exploring and integrating new technologies
• Enhance application performance through optimization and refactoring
• Provide estimates for design and development efforts and support project planning
