Job summary

Lubrizol is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-priority programs across its businesses. You will partner with commercial, operations, R&D, IT, and supply chain teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will develop detailed plans, manage resources, assess risks, and communicate progress to executives. The role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years in a multinational business environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a technical field.
• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing projects/business initiatives.
• Must understand strategy and implement it as standalone projects.
• Proven track record in managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills across all levels.

Educational Qualifications, and Work Experience
