Job summary

The Access Group in Pune, India, seeks a professional-level Project Manager to lead complex, multi-project delivery and ensure governance, commercial performance, and strong customer outcomes across the full project lifecycle.

You will own end-to-end delivery across projects, manage risks, build trusted relationships, and drive forecasting, margins, and utilisation with a focus on scalable delivery and high first-time-right results.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering full lifecycle projects across multiple initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of delivery frameworks (AIMS, Agile, Hybrid).
• Effective stakeholder and customer management.
• Commercial awareness including margin, utilization and forecasting.

• Maintain governance compliance and mitigate risks before impacting delivery.
• Monitor NPS/tNPS metrics and minimize escalations; drive post-delivery feedback.
