Job summary

Paushak Limited in India seeks a DM/Manager with 12–16 years in chemical plants to lead medium-scale brownfield projects from planning through commissioning, ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, quality and safety. Role requires BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with strong leadership, vendor management and cross-functional collaboration to integrate new processes with existing plant systems.

This is a site-based role at Panelav- Site, Vadodara.

Qualifications

• Experience leading brownfield chemical plant projects.
• Minimum 12–16 years of relevant experience.
• BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage brownfield project execution from planning to commissioning.
• Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, piping and related activities.
• Monitor cost, schedule, quality, and resource utilization.
• Manage contractors, vendors and site execution teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for plant integration.
