• BE Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics Engineer with over 4+ years of project management experience in healthcare projects and/or interior fit-out works.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be willing to travel at least three days per week, or as required by project needs, within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage Turnkey as well as Non‑Turnkey or Product/Equipment‑projects, ensuring effective supervision and coordination of project resources for small- to medium-scale initiatives.
• Expand and apply technical expertise within your discipline to support the execution of policies and strategies.
• Possess a foundational understanding of key business drivers and use this knowledge to complete assigned tasks.
• Exercise a moderate level of decision‑making autonomy within established frameworks.
• Utilize strong interpersonal skills and potentially lead junior staff; act as primary liaison between customer and GEHC.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the entire delivery process for healthcare product and equipment projects, managing all stages from planning to installation and handover across the region. The position is based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 3 days per week in the office.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage Turnkey as well as Non‑Turnkey or Product/Equipment‑projects, ensuring effective supervision and coordination of project resources for small- to medium-scale initiatives. These may involve equipment-only deliveries, product suites, or non‑turnkey project scopes.
• Expand and apply technical expertise within your discipline to support the execution of policies and strategies. May include contributing in specialized technical areas while continuing to develop advanced skills.
• Possess a foundational understanding of key business drivers and use this knowledge to complete assigned tasks. Demonstrate awareness of how your work and your team’s output align with and support broader organizational goals.
• Exercise a moderate level of decision‑making autonomy within established frameworks. Address issues requiring solid technical insight and sound judgment, while consulting senior team members for situations beyond defined guidelines.
• Utilize strong interpersonal skills and potentially lead junior staff. In customer‑facing responsibilities, build and maintain productive customer relationships, acting as the primary liaison between the customer and GEHC. Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.

Required Qualifications

• BE Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics Engineer with over 4+ years of project management experience in healthcare projects and/or interior fit‑out works.
