Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in project management within large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
  • Degree in engineering, project management, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience managing EPC work packages within EPCM or similar delivery models.
  • Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Experience managing contractors and suppliers in complex project environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills, especially within matrix organizations.
  • Structured problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus.

  • Monitor progress and performance against project targets and milestones.
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all phases of delivery.
  • Adapt to other related tasks as required in a dynamic, collaborative company environment.

Key Responsibilities

This role is focused on the execution phase of a large-scale plant construction project. As Project Manager, you will deliver assigned work packages from start to finish, coordinating across teams and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project completion. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned work packages, owning scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
