Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in managing IT projects and driving delivery using Agile methodologies and the SAFe framework. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling medium-to-large IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering high-quality results.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day project activities, serving as the primary contact between sponsors and stakeholders
- Analyze project information and strategies to determine the most effective approach for delivery
- Coordinate and manage the execution of multiple IT projects in line with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Take accountability for project status, client relationships, and ensuring quality and service consistently meet expectations
- Identify and implement new strategies, approaches, or workflows with clients to drive continuous improvement
- Participate in meetings to clarify client requirements, deadlines, and budgets
- Prepare and present reports and presentations on cost, quality, project activities, and account management
- Communicate effectively with sponsors, clients, stakeholders and colleagues with the ultimate goal of ensuring customer satisfaction
- Exposure to SAFe framework for scaling Agile across teams and programs
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in Project Management with strong project management expertise
- Native-level English communication skills
- Excellent writing, documentation and presentation abilities
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
- Proven communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment as well as work independently
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexible and adaptable to diverse working environments
