Job summary

Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager to oversee CSR infrastructure projects in Delhi. The role focuses on civil, utility, landscaping, automation, and other related works initiated under CSR initiatives.

You will manage end-to-end project delivery, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, and ensure timelines, budgets, and scope are met using standard PM tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT projects and technology implementations.
• Ability to cover all project lifecycle phases: initiation to closure.
• Negotiating with vendors and ensuring quality resources.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of CSR infrastructure projects.
• Prepare project plans with BOQ, specs and timelines.
• Negotiate with vendors for favorable terms and quality resources.
• Place orders and oversee procurement aligned with project needs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor progress with schedules and project management tools.

Educational Qualification:

B.E/ B.Tech preferably with MBA

Work Experience:

3-8 years of relevant experience.

Nature of Work:

The role involves overseeing a diverse range of projects including Civil work, utility work, landscaping, automation & other infrastructure projects initiated by Maruti Suzuki as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives

Technical/ Functional Requirement:

• Project Management Expertise: Experience managing IT projects, implementation of technology solutions, and electrical/electronic systems.
• Project Lifecycle Management: Ability to handle all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Vendor Management: Experience in negotiating with vendors, managing procurement processes, and ensuring quality resource acquisition.
• Risk Management: Proficient in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of the project, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Prepare comprehensive project plans, including BOQ, specifications, and timelines
• Conduct negotiations with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and quality resources.
• Place orders and oversee procurement processes in line with project requirements.
• Implement projects coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress through schedules, Gantt charts, and other project management tools.
• Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
